Arts School a Bust

I got the letter today that says my daughter did not get picked in the lottery for the arts charter school here in the county. She is on the waiting list, but we all know how that goes. I have to say I am more disappointed than I thought I might be. I had started to think this might be the best place for her.
I am waiting to hear from one more charter school, one that teaches some subjects in Greek. Also, I am waiting to hear if she got into the fundamental school. If all else fails, I will probably decide to keep her in the Christian school vs. her local “close to home” public school.
